There is a $6 fee for each accident record copy requested from the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office. Please submit this fee with your request. Please note there will be additional fees for any CDs, DVDs or photographs.

You will need your driver’s license number, vehicle identification number (VIN)  or social security number, and insurance information.

You will need your report number, last name of driver/involved party, and accident date.
